With spoken word and original music, I share my interpretation of this unique and uplifting story, inspired by The Legend of the Christmas Rose, by Sweden’s Selma Lagerlof, 1909 Nobel recipient for Literature.

I had been giving live performances of this wonderful story for years - and then Covid hit. In 2020 I recorded the story as part of my virtual concert series that year. As I began thinking about offering The Christmas Rose this year (2022) I watched the recording and came to the delightful realization that it was wonderful just the way it was originally recorded. Just like the holiday classics that many of us enjoy year after year!
